1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

2) By Credit Card on Our Website
You can take advantage of online single payment or installment options with all types of credit cards. At the end of your order, the amount will be charged to your credit card for online payments. In the event of a possible order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.
3) Order Refund
In case of cancellation of your orders for any reason, AMERKEZ YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ VE DANIŞMANLIK EĞİTİM HİZ. LTD. ŞTİ. will refund the product cost to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must accurately and completely provide your bank account and/or credit card details to our finance officers.
4) Delivery
We strive to ship the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that require additional procurement time, the delivery time is stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of a potential delay in delivery.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please provide your current daytime address as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via the [s:aktif_kargo_sirketleri] cargo company. Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days.
You can consult our customer representative for alternative delivery conditions. In addition, cargo deliveries are valid only within Turkey.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor is informed on the payment page.
If there is any error in the provided address and the order cannot be delivered, the person who placed the order will be contacted.
The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed with an automatic email sent after the order is placed.
We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use for ensuring successful delivery.
Please Note!
Packages that you believe have been damaged during shipment should be opened and inspected in front of the delivery personnel. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the package and request a report from the cargo company.
Once the product has been accepted, it is considered that the cargo company has fulfilled its responsibility.

Once you complete these steps, we will begin working on your package and ensure a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
