Payment and Delivery

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (processed securely via Stripe)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Wise Transfer
All payments are processed in EUR (Euro) only. We do not offer automatic currency conversion. The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount charged. By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the full amount shown.
Payment is charged immediately at the time the order is placed. We do not use pre-authorization or delayed capture.
All prices include applicable taxes. There is no additional VAT or sales tax added after checkout. The customer pays exactly what is displayed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment disputes, or pricing errors.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing times are separate from shipping times.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
- European Union: 5–12 business days
- Worldwide: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carrier operations, weather conditions, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
We use various international shipping carriers. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
4. Risk Transfer
All risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer at the moment the product is handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or regulatory charges imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or rejections.
6. Address Accuracy
The buyer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Reshipment costs will be charged to the buyer.
- If the package is returned due to non-delivery or refusal, shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
7. Failed Delivery / Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to buyer-related reasons, we reserve the right to deduct all shipping, return shipping, customs, and handling costs from any refund.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Any claim regarding damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.
Photographic evidence may be required to evaluate claims.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, war, strikes, transportation disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to payment, shipment, or delivery shall not exceed the total purchase amount paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
This Payment and Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
