The photos on our product page represent the exact item you will receive. While minor differences in color or details may occur due to screen settings, the product delivered to you will be the same as the one shown in the images.
Returning a product is quite easy. Due to hygiene conditions, returns of opened or used cosmetic, food, and underwear products are not accepted; however, you can return unopened products free of charge within 14 days. After your return request is approved, you can easily send your product back by following the steps provided to you.
We regularly restock items that are marked as out of stock, and we strive to keep most of our products available at all times. The item will likely be back soon, and you can enable stock notifications to be informed as soon as it becomes available again.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is quickly processed and handed over to the courier. Delivery times vary depending on your country, the chosen shipping method, and the carrier’s workload, but international shipments are typically delivered within 5–15 business days. Please note that customs procedures, local regulations, or additional inspections may occasionally cause delays. Once your order has been shipped, you can easily track every step of the delivery process using the tracking number provided.
